No! There are NO monthly fees. Getting your own API key is completely FREE
How Does This Work?
Based on the active ticker and set sensitivity the OnlyUp Candle will reflect the movement of a stock by partially filling up the screen with red or (hopefully) green and reset based on the set interval
How Do I Set it UP?
The first time you turn on the OnlyUp Candle:
- Go to Finnhub.io and get a FREE API key (Copy This)
- Go to your WiFi Settings and connect to the OnlyUp Candle and set up the WiFi and put in your API Key
- Done! Everything else can be changed directly by using the buttons on the side
What Can the Menu Do?
- CLOSE: Go back to displaying the price change
- TICKER: Input the ticker you want to track and double click to finish
- SENSE: Change the sensitivity for the candle to fill from 1-10%
- BRIGHTNESS: Dim or Brighten the LED's to what feels comfortable
- INTERVAL: Shows movement from every 5 minutes to daily movement
- RESET: Resets the OnlyUp Candle's WiFi portal to change the WiFi it is connected to or to change the API key
